Villa I has has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. An additional day-bed is located in the upstairs reading area, and a half-bathroom is located next to the downstairs living room. There is a full kitchen, an outside dining area for 4, a traditional inside dining area for 6 to 8 guests, and a private pool.

Villa II has 6 bedrooms with attached bath, 2 half bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining for 12 to 16 guests, and a private pool.

Towels and chaise lounge chairs are available at the poolside. There are overhead fans in every bedroom, living area and balcony. There are carved, open vents above each window that allow for a natural flow of air throughout the villa, yet the window and door screens keep out the insects that are common in other outdoor living villas. You will be comfortable day and night.
